Steady State Simulation
DYNAMIC SIMULATION
The dynamic models and case studies make use of dynamic software. The steady state performance is often the goal but rarely the reality in continuous process plants.
The dynamics of a plant must be understood and analyzed to ensure safe economics, and consistent plant performance. Dynamic simulation is an essential technology for supporting the design and operation of the plants.

By adding additional detail data, such as equipment volumes and control philosophy, the steady state models can be extended into dynamic models.

For example, dynamic simulation applied to calculate the flare load, it is possible to reduce flare load dramatically. Especially for the plant extension and debottlenecking work, the existing flare stack can be used without any change. This is to provide the several advantages, ie , verifying plant start up/ shut down schedule , reducing plant area and government approval period.
 
 
BATCH SIMULATION
The batch process simulation has been designed by EZER as well as continuous process simulation. The batch simulation should be considered for both operation time & operability and economical points, because all variables are varied with time.
